This Privacy Policy describes how Dresstool treats personal information that collects and receives from you.Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information in relation to our web site, mobile services and any software provided on or in connection with Dresstool services (collectively, the "Service"). Our Policy applies to all users who access the Service ("Users"). 

By using our Service you understand and agree that we are providing a platform for you to post content, including photos, comments and other materials ("User Content"), to the Service and to share User Content publicly. This means that other Users may search for, see, use, or share any of your User Content that you make publicly available through the Service, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

Acceptance of Privacy Policy 

Each time you use this website you will be bound by the then-current Privacy Statement. By accessing, using, or browsing the website, you signify your acceptance of the then-current Privacy Policy. If you do not accept this Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use the website and should discontinue use of the website immediately. 

Information Sharing and Disclosure Practices 

In Combinations, you can choose to make a combination available to public for all Users to access from your profile, restrict access to a limited number of Dresstool Users (Admirers), or keep the photo private so only you can access it. On each photo, except from the visibility privileges of the specific photo you will find more controls, such as if comments from Users are allowed.

The photos uploaded and stored at the Wardrobe are private and accessible only by the Users who uploaded the photos.

However, at any circumstance, Users need to be registered with a valid email in order to search, comment, post or view public photos (only combination photos) on Dresstool.

Practices Regarding Your Ability to Update or Delete Information

You can also edit individual photos (items and combinations) that you have on Dresstool by clicking the edit button on the photos that you wish to edit.

Visit your Dresstool settings menu to edit your profile, your account, and tool configuration.

Account and profile Information

In Profile settings, you can control various aspects of your profile, including cover image, date of birth, current location and other information about you.

In your Account Settings, you may control your username, password, Real name, email address and Sex.

Personal Information Collection and Use Practices

The personal information that Dresstool collects about you may include without limitation your email address, gender, password, preferences for products and brands, and other information that is not otherwise publicly available.

Dresstool collects personal information about you whenever you visit the website, use and interact with Dresstool Service, create or update your account or profile, upload content, or communicate with us.

When you choose to log into the Service using your Facebook user profile, Dresstool may collect your name, email address, location, and gender associated with your Facebook profile, and you consent to Dresstool’ access to your Facebook account information.

The collection of this information enables Dresstool to improve its services, to keep you apprised of information and developments that you may find of interest,provide personalized content and information to you and others, which could include online ads or other forms of marketing , diagnose or fix technology problemsand to allow Dresstool to better understand your needs. You acknowledge that your Profile may display Personal Information to other users of the Service and elsewhere, including your name and geographic location, and other information about you shown and can be edited at your Profile. When you create or use an Account or Profile on Dresstool Service, you submit personal information and you are no longer anonymous to us. 

Advertisements shown to you may be related to textual information, such as metadata and notes, associated with the photo you are seeing, or the tags you entered.

Non-Personal Information collection

Dresstool automatically receives and records non-personal information on our server logs from your browser as well as through other analysis of the Service. Non-personal information includes without limitation your Internet Protocol (IP) address, cookie information the pages you request, type of computer operating system you use, the type of browser you use, the domain name of your Internet service provider, your activities while visiting the Service, and the content you accessed.

What happens in the event of a change of control:

If we sell or otherwise transfer part or the whole of Dresstool or our assets to another organization (e.g., in the course of a transaction like a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation), your information such as name and email address, User Content and any other information collected through the Service may be among the items sold or transferred. You will continue to own your User Content. The buyer or transferee will have to honor the commitments we have made in this Privacy Policy.

Your choices about email communications

Unsubscribe from email communications from us by clicking on the "unsubscribe link" provided in such communications. As noted above, you may not opt out of Service-related communications (e.g., account verification, reminders, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).

 Changes to our privacy policy

Dresstool may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please review it periodically. We may provide you additional forms of notice of modifications or updates as appropriate under the circumstances. Your continued use the Service after any modification to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such modification.
